All construction services are governed by a separate written contract executed between Relief Pools & Patio LLC and the client prior to commencement of any work. These Terms do not constitute a service agreement or guarantee of service availability. Scope of work, pricing, payment schedules, timelines, and warranties are defined exclusively in the executed construction contract.
Financing
Financing options are offered through third-party lenders including Lyon Financial. Relief Pools & Patio LLC is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or approval decisions made by third-party financing providers. Financing approval is subject to lender requirements.
4. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You shall not:

SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, relevant follow-up messages, special offers, discounts & new product updates to customers who have booked an appointment with Relief Pools & Patio LLC through our website at https://reliefpools.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
